Esbon, Kansas — Est. 2019
Seasonal dishes crafted from ingredients grown, raised, and foraged on our own land—no middleman, no compromise.
Our Story
Echo Dell Farm began as a simple conviction: the best meals start with the ground they grow from. What started as a small vegetable garden beside a century-old farmhouse has become a working farm and a restaurant that answers to the seasons.
Every herb on your plate was pulled that morning. Every cut of meat comes from animals raised on open pasture. Our chef designs the menu around what the land offers—not the other way around.
The result is food that tastes like this place: unhurried, honest, and deeply rooted in the Kansas soil.
The Experience
Our dining room holds only twenty-four seats. We believe intimacy matters—not just in the room, but in every dish. Each plate is composed by hand, each course timed to your pace.
The wine list is drawn from small Kansas vineyards and boutique producers who share our respect for terroir. Our sommelier will guide you to something that makes the meal feel complete.
Whether it's a quiet Tuesday dinner or a celebration among friends, Echo Dell Farm is where the rhythm of the table matches the rhythm of the land.
